3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation process. Any misrepresentation may result in visa rejection, for which Open Window BD cannot be held liable.

4. Fees & Payments

All service fees are communicated clearly before engagement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Payment plans may be available upon request.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal documents and data shared with us are used solely for the purpose of processing your application and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Open Window BD acts as a facilitator and consultant. Final decisions on visa approvals, university admissions, and scholarships rest solely with the respective authorities. We are not liable for rejections caused by factors beyond our control.

All content on our website including text, graphics, and logos is the property of Open Window BD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
